Available weeks are so marked, while reserved weeks have a dark red background and show the initials and state (or country) of the guest. with a status of  "Confirmed". "Deposit Pending" indicates that a  verbal or written commitment to rent has been made, but the deposit has not yet been received.  If a week shows  a status of  "INQUIRE" ,  there is a reasonable chance that the cottage will be available, but there are special circumstances  that will need to be reviewed  before a reservation can be confirmed. 

When a portion of the week has been rented, you will see a green background  with the first  letter of the days that are available shown- for example, if  Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday of a week are available, you will see :
