 *  Rates are in U.S. funds and  apply to an occupancy as shown above.
* The rates above are determined from a base rate for 2 person occupancy plus an additional per person
charge of  $75  per person per week for "The Maples",   $100 per person per week for "The Pines", and
$100 per person for "The Cedars"
* All stays under 30 days are subject to 9% Vermont State Rooms and Meals tax.
* A deposit of  50% of the rental fee is required to confirm your reservation.
* A  security deposit of $300  is required upon check-in.
